1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "abjl" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" — refers to the abjl online gaming platform accessible at abjl.net and all associated services, products, and systems operated thereunder.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" — refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the abjl platform, including for the purpose of placing real-money wagers.
• "Account" — refers to the unique registered player account created on the abjl platform, linked to a verified Philippine identity and a PHP wallet.
• "Balance" / "Wallet" — refers to the Philippine Peso (PHP) funds held in a Player's abjl account, inclusive of deposits, winnings, and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Game" / "Gaming Product" — refers to any slot, live casino table, bingo, Super Bingo, sports betting market, or sabong betting product available on the abjl platform.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — refers to any real-money stake placed by a Player on any Game on the abjl platform.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and age verification process required before withdrawal access and certain account features are activated.
• "PAGCOR" — Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for regulating gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "Prohibited Person" — any individual who is under 21 years of age, located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, or otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credits, free spins value, or other non-cashable bonus amounts credited to a Player's account under an abjl promotion.

2 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and abjl. By completing registration on the abjl platform, by depositing funds, or by placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms in full.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with abjl's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and abjl. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise.

abjl reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The effective date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision.

3 Eligibility

To register and use the abjl platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming law.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a PAGCOR official, employee, or immediate family member of such a person, in circumstances where participation would constitute a conflict of interest under applicable regulations.
• You are not registering on behalf of another person, or under instructions or funding from another person.
• You do not have an existing active or suspended abjl account.
• You have not been voluntarily or involuntarily self-excluded from abjl or any PAGCOR-regulated platform.
• You have not been designated as a Prohibited Person by abjl or by any applicable regulatory authority.

abjl reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate any account where eligibility requirements are not met, including where a Player's age cannot be confirmed through the KYC process.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To access real-money gaming on abjl, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested, including your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, and a valid email address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

4.2 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one active abjl account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. abjl uses device fingerprinting, IP detection, and identity matching to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts will be suspended, and any funds held in excess of net deposits may be forfeited.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your abjl login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. abjl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify abjl immediately via the Support page if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4.4 Account Accuracy

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination. Any winnings generated through an account registered with fraudulent information will be voided and forfeited.

5 Identity Verification (KYC)

abjl is required under applicable Philippine regulations to verify the identity of all players before withdrawal access is granted and certain account features are activated. This process is known as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.

5.1 Required Documents

You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents as part of the KYC process:

• A valid, government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS card, PRC ID, or voter's ID).
• A selfie or live photo for facial recognition matching against your submitted ID.
• Proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certification) dated within the last three months, where required.
• Source of funds documentation, where required for compliance purposes.

5.2 Verification Timeframe

abjl will endeavor to complete KYC verification within 3 to 5 business days of receiving all required documentation. During this period, deposit functionality remains available, but withdrawals will be held pending verification. abjl is not liable for any delay in verification caused by incomplete, unclear, or inconsistent documentation submitted by the Player.

5.3 Ongoing Verification

abjl reserves the right to request updated or additional verification documents at any time during the life of your account, including in response to changes in account activity, regulatory requirements, or risk assessment findings. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

abjl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, GrabPay, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All transactions are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP).

6.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on abjl is ₱50. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of withdrawal request. abjl does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction limits or fees.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your KYC verification must be complete prior to any withdrawal being processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name, consistent with your verified abjl account identity.
• abjl reserves the right to process withdrawals via the same channel used for the most recent deposit, subject to channel availability and applicable limits.
• Where bonus funds are present in your account, applicable wagering requirements must be satisfied before the corresponding real-money balance becomes withdrawable.
• abjl reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of AML checks or additional verification, where required.

6.4 Anti-Money Laundering

abjl maintains anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedures in accordance with Philippine law, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its implementing rules. Unusual transaction patterns may be flagged for review. Suspicious activity may be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities as required by law.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on abjl are final once confirmed by the platform system. It is the Player's responsibility to verify the details of any wager before confirmation. abjl will not void or reverse a bet on the grounds of Player error, including incorrect stake amounts or selection of the wrong market, where the bet has been successfully confirmed.

7.2 Game-Specific Rules

Each gaming product on the abjl platform — including slots, live casino tables, bingo, Super Bingo, sports betting, and sabong — is governed by its own product-specific rules displayed within the game interface or game information section. Players are responsible for reading and understanding these rules before wagering.

7.3 Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure during a game round, abjl reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Player's wallet. Winnings generated during a confirmed malfunction event are not payable. abjl will not be liable for any loss of anticipated winnings arising from a technical malfunction beyond its reasonable control.

7.4 Sports Betting Specific Rules

For sports betting markets including PBA, NBA, international football, UFC, boxing, and other events: odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed; in-play bets are processed at the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation; and abjl reserves the right to limit bet sizes or restrict access to specific markets at its sole discretion for risk management purposes.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by abjl are subject to specific terms and conditions disclosed at the time the promotion is offered. These Terms & Conditions provide a general framework; specific wagering requirements, expiry dates, eligible games, and minimum odds for sports bonuses are set out in the individual promotion terms.

8.2 Bonus Abuse

abjl reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings where it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; making deposits solely to trigger a bonus with no genuine gaming intent; placing offsetting bets to exploit bonus terms; or providing false information to qualify for a promotion.

8.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds not used within the validity period specified in the applicable promotion terms will be automatically removed from the Player's account. abjl is not obligated to notify Players individually of impending bonus expiry, though reminders may be sent at abjl's discretion.

9 Prohibited Conduct

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct on the abjl platform. Violation of any prohibition listed below constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities where applicable:

• Providing false or misleading information at registration or during any KYC process.
• Registering or operating more than one abjl account.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not available to ordinary players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage or generate unintended winnings.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players, including sharing information about live game states to gain a betting advantage.
• Laundering money or using abjl as a vehicle to conceal the source of funds in violation of the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, threatening behavior, or abusive communication directed at abjl staff or other users via any platform channel.
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming restrictions, self-exclusion orders, or deposit limits imposed on your account.
• Using VPNs, proxy services, or other means to access abjl from a jurisdiction where the platform's services are unavailable or prohibited.

10 Responsible Gaming

abjl is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across all products on the platform. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of financial distress or personal harm.

10.1 Player Tools

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all abjl account holders and can be accessed or requested through the account settings or via the Support page:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit ceilings on your account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders — Receive notifications when your gaming session reaches a defined duration.
• Cooling-Off Period — Temporarily deactivate your account for a defined period of 1 to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion — Request permanent or long-term exclusion from the abjl platform. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.
• Reality Checks — Enable periodic on-screen notifications showing your session duration and net gaming activity.

10.2 abjl's Obligations

abjl reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account where internal monitoring identifies patterns consistent with problem gambling behavior. This includes enforcing deposit limits or cooling-off periods without prior Player request, where abjl determines such action is in the Player's best interest and consistent with its regulatory obligations.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

11.1 Suspension by abjl

abjl reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where abjl determines that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Player has provided false or fraudulent information.
• The account is subject to a regulatory requirement, court order, or law enforcement request.
• The account shows signs of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• The Player is found to be ineligible under Section 3 of these Terms.
• Continued operation of the account would expose abjl to legal or regulatory risk.

11.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of an account for breach, abjl may withhold or forfeit the balance held in that account to the extent permitted by applicable law. Where termination is not due to Player misconduct, the verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via the most recent verified payment method.

11.3 Voluntary Closure

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time via the Support page. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed prior to closure. Bonus funds present at the time of voluntary closure are forfeited.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the abjl platform — including but not limited to the abjl name, logo, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, icons, imagery, audio, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the intellectual property of abjl or its licensed third-party providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the abjl platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any platform content without prior written permission from abjl.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on platform content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the abjl platform.
• Use abjl's branding, trademarks, or trade dress for any commercial or promotional purpose.

Any unauthorized use of abjl intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action under applicable Philippine law.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, abjl's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms, the Player's use of the platform, or any gaming activity shall be limited to the amount of real-money funds held in the Player's abjl wallet at the time the relevant claim arises.

abjl shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data, or any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• Delays, interruptions, or errors in platform operation caused by circumstances beyond abjl's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, natural disasters, or government-imposed restrictions.
• Loss arising from unauthorized access to a Player's account where the Player failed to maintain the security of their login credentials.
• The conduct, content, or reliability of any third-party payment provider, game supplier, or data feed provider integrated with the abjl platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits abjl's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Philippine law.

14 Privacy & Data Protection

abjl collects and processes personal data from Players in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules. The types of data collected, the purposes for which it is processed, your rights as a data subject, and abjl's data retention practices are described in detail in the abjl Privacy Policy, which forms part of the overall agreement between you and abjl.

By registering an abjl account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for KYC verification, AML compliance, responsible gaming monitoring, and platform improvement purposes. You may exercise your data subject rights — including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data — by contacting abjl via the Support page.

15 Amendments to These Terms

abjl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision) may be made without prior notice.

The effective date shown at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the abjl platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure via the Support page.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations and any other relevant Philippine gaming statutes.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the abjl platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days of written notice by either party, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this section prevents abjl from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court where abjl determines that immediate action is necessary to protect its legitimate interests, including in cases of fraud, account abuse, or intellectual property infringement.
