Responsible Gaming
at abjl Philippines
At abjl, we believe that gaming should always be fun, safe, and within your control. Our responsible gaming program gives every Filipino player the tools and knowledge to enjoy our platform wisely — from deposit limits to self-exclusion options.
Gaming That Puts You First
abjl is one of the Philippines' trusted PAGCOR-compliant online gaming platforms, serving players from Manila to Cebu, Davao to Quezon City. We take our duty of care seriously — not just because regulations require it, but because the well-being of our players genuinely matters to us.
Problem gambling affects real families across the Philippines. That's why abjl has built a full responsible gaming framework — one that empowers players to stay in control, recognize warning signs early, and seek help without shame or stigma.
Whether you're enjoying a round of abjl Casino games on a Friday evening in Makati or catching a live PBA match on a weekend, our tools are always available to help you keep your gaming healthy and enjoyable.
Deposit Limits
Set daily, weekly, or monthly PHP deposit caps directly from your abjl account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately.
Self-Exclusion
Take a break of 30 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently close your abjl account. We enforce it across all devices and sessions.
Session Time Limits
Set a maximum daily session length. abjl will alert you when you approach your limit and log you out automatically when it's reached.
Reality Checks
Receive periodic on-screen reminders showing how long you've been playing and your net win/loss during the current session.
Loss Limits
Cap the maximum amount you can lose within any rolling 24-hour, 7-day, or 30-day period across all abjl games.
Support & Counselling
Our support team can connect you with Philippine-based counselling resources and PAGCOR's responsible gaming helpline.
How to Use abjl's Responsible Gaming Tools
Every tool below is accessible from your abjl account dashboard. No need to call anyone — you're in control from day one.
Step 1 — Log in to Your abjl Account
Visit abjl Login and sign in to your registered account. All responsible gaming tools are housed under Account Settings → Player Protection.
Step 2 — Choose the Tool You Need
Select from deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, or reality check intervals. Each tool has a clearly labeled toggle and an input field for the value you want to set.
Step 3 — Confirm Your Settings
Limits that restrict your play (e.g., reducing a deposit limit) take effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit require a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
Step 4 — Monitor Your Activity
Visit the Activity Summary section anytime to review your deposit history, session durations, and game-by-game win/loss breakdown in PHP for any date range.
Self-Exclusion at abjl
Self-exclusion is the most powerful responsible gaming tool available on the abjl platform. When you activate self-exclusion, you are voluntarily requesting that abjl prevent you from accessing your account for a set period of time.
Self-exclusion at abjl means:
- Your account is immediately suspended — you cannot log in on any device.
- All active bonuses and promotional offers are voided and cannot be reinstated for the exclusion period.
- abjl will not send you any marketing or promotional communications during your exclusion.
- Your available balance is preserved and will be available for withdrawal once your exclusion period ends (for temporary exclusions) or via a formal request (for permanent closure).
- Permanent self-exclusion results in full account closure. Re-registration during a permanent exclusion period is not permitted.
To activate self-exclusion, visit abjl Support and submit a Self-Exclusion Request. Our team will process it within 24 hours, and a confirmation will be sent to your registered email address.
Recognizing Problem Gambling
Problem gambling can develop gradually. Being aware of the warning signs — in yourself or someone you care about — is the first step toward getting help.
Spending more money than you can afford on abjl or any other gaming platform, or borrowing money specifically to fund your play.
Feeling restless, irritable, or anxious when you try to reduce or stop gambling — a sign that gaming has taken on an unhealthy emotional role.
Chasing losses — continuing to play in an attempt to recover money already lost, rather than accepting the loss and stopping.
Hiding your gaming activity from family members, asawa, or close friends — especially if you feel shame or guilt about the amount of time or money spent.
Neglecting work, studies, family responsibilities, or personal health because gaming is taking priority over those commitments.
Thinking about gambling constantly — planning your next session while at work or school, or feeling that life is boring without it.
The abjl Responsible Gaming Checklist
Use this checklist honestly and regularly. If you can check all the boxes below, your gaming habits are in a healthy place.
Healthy Player Checklist
Tick the items below that currently apply to your gaming behaviour on abjl:
I only deposit money I can comfortably afford to lose — my gaming budget comes from discretionary income, not from rent, utilities, or family allowance.
I set a time limit before I start playing and I stop when that limit is reached, regardless of whether I'm winning or losing.
I treat gaming as entertainment, not as a way to earn income or solve financial problems.
I am comfortable telling my family or close friends about my gaming activity and the amount I spend on it.
I do not continue playing after I have reached my pre-set loss limit for the day or week.
Gaming does not interfere with my work, studies, family relationships, or personal health and well-being.
I am 21 years of age or older and I am playing only on my own registered abjl account, not on behalf of another person.
